SHIPPING INFO

Available items (not listed as made to order or custom items) are shipped within 1-3 days after the order is placed. Shipping is done with USPS first-class or priority mail depending on how many items are purchased. A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.

Made to order and custom items take 7-10 days to complete and are shipped as soon as ready.

refunds/returns & exchange policy

Because items are custom made and personalized, refunds, returns and/or exchanges are not accepted unless Senna Krafts is at fault. If Senna Krafts is at fault, a refund, return and/or exchange is eligible under the following conditions:

​

1. All orders are final after 3 days of receiving the order. If a refund, replacement, or exchange is granted, you must contact us within the 3 days of receiving your order. No exceptions will be made after 3 days of receiving your order.

​

2. Your item must be in the same condition as it was shipped, unworn and unused. The order must be in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

​

3. Unless the seller is at fault, the cost of shipping the items back to Senna Krafts is the buyer’s responsibility and only the cost of the product will be refunded once the items are returned (no postage or handling fees will be refunded). If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
